Sewing retreat bookings are for our retreats that last 3 days or more.

Payments must be made in full at the time of the booking, either online or in person at the store to secure your place.

As long as there are places left, retreat bookings can be made up to 1 week in advance of the retreat commencing.

The specific itinerary for each retreat will be available for you at the time of booking.

It is recommended that you stick to the arrival and departure times of this in order to get the most out of your retreat experience.

If you are unable to attend a certain part of the itinerary, please let us know in advance.

Please note that no alterations to the price of the retreat can me made if you are not able to attend the whole retreat.

Workshop cancellations by you

We try our best to price our retreats as fairly as possible and offer good value for money.

We therefore have to have a clear cancellation policy to ensure that we cover our costs and the ongoing viability of the sewing retreats.

We urge you to carefully check your diary to ensure that you are available to attend any sewing retreats you are booking with us.

If circumstances change, or something pops up and you are unable to attend and wish to cancel, unfortunately all our retreats are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates. You can choose to send someone else in your place, but you will be responsible for finding that person and informing us of the change.

We recommend that you consider getting course cancellation insurance in the case of illness, injury or other unforeseen circumstances. Sewing retreat cancellations by us

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a sewing retreat you will be given at least 1 weeks notice and offered a full refund. We will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by us, for example travel or any other accommodation costs.
