International shipping

We have now switched to using Fedex for all of our international deliveries.
We are operating flat rate service shipping with prices detailed in the table below. Please note that these are subject to change as surcharges relating to fuel and other factors varies each month. These are set Fedex. We do not make any profit from shipping costs and in certain cases we subsidise them.
With Fedex you will be able to receive updates and notifications on your estimated delivery date.
All transit times quoted are based on the time from dispatch, not from the time the order is placed. Typically we can pick and prepare international orders within 1-2 days, ready to be dispatched, but this can vary depending on the time of the month, how busy we are and if you ordered a sewing society kit or not.
Shipping to the EU
The prices quoted in the table below include all duties and taxes paid price as well as an admin fee, charged by Fedex, for clearing customs in the UK and in the receiving country. This shipping charge ensures that you will receive your parcel quickly and smoothly without any additional charges to pay.
This can only happen when the order value is under €150 INCLUDING shipping charges. At the moment we are unable to process orders to the EU that are of a higher value than this due to the complications of additional customs and duty that needs to be paid to individual countries on orders over this value.
Shipping to the rest of the world
See the table below for our current shipping rates to different countries. If you do not see your country listed, we do not currently have shipping rates and rules set up for it. Please email us on [email protected] and we can try to help you as best we can and look into shipping options for you.
Customs and Clearance Fees - ALL COUNTRIES
The prices listed below include custom clearance fees and taxes. This varies from country to country, which is why prices can vary. These prices are set in part by Fedex (they charge different clearance fee amounts for different countries) and also by individual countries - some have different tax levels and rules to others.
