Imogen Pyjamas Kit

This kit is available in three prints on two different base cloths: Blue Flower French Terry, Pink Flower French Terry and Tropical Cotton Jersey.

The French Terry fabrics are lovely and smooth with a brushed back, meaning they'll keep you snug and warm. They are 95% cotton and 5% elastane, so have good recovery and are breathable. They have a GSM of 240.

The vibrant Topical Cotton Jersey is an exclusive print here to us at g&g! This fabric feels so soft against the skin and is made from 92% cotton and 8% elastane, which makes the pyjamas super comfy to wear. The cotton content again means that the fabric is breathable and it is slightly lighter in weight than the French Terrys at 205gsm.

All kits include a length of off-white ribbing fabric for the neckband and cuffs. This stretchy fabric provides a great contrast with the main fabrics and helps to give a professional finish to the pyjamas. It is 95% cotton, 5% elastane with a weight of 265gsm.

This pattern is available in sizes UK 6-30.

There are two kit size options for this kit:

Sizes UK 6-20 (B cup): Bust 31-45”, waist 24-38” and hip 34-48"

Sizes UK 18-30 (D cup): Bust 45-57”, waist 38-50” and hip 48-60"

• A0 print out of the Imogen Pyjamas. Printed pattern pieces for EITHER sizes UK 6-20 or UK 18-30 (please choose your kit size option above).
• Main fabric: as described above. Select from option above: 'Size 6-20' kits contains 3.2m of fabric and 'Size 18-30 kits contains 4m of fabric.
• Ribbing fabric: as described above. 'Size 6-20' kits contains 0.7m of fabric and 'Size 18-30 kits contains 0.9m of fabric.
• Interfacing: Light weight iron-on interfacing, 10 x 20cm piece
• Stretchfix: 'Size 6-20' kits contain 15cm and 'Size 18-30 kits contain 20cm
• Elastic: 38mm wide, white elastic. 'Size 6-20' kits contain 1.3m and 'Size 18-30 kits contain 1.6m
• Snaps: 3 x 11mm silver sew on snaps
• Thread: 1 reel of Gutermann Maraflex thread in shade 111 (all kits)
• Sewing Machine Needles: Mixed jersey pack
• Label: 'Me Made' Sew in woven label

A physical print out of the instruction booklet will NOT be included. You can view the instruction booklet on your device at home, print it out at home, or add the 'printed pattern instructions' product (see link below) to your order and we will print it for you.

She shares her hints and tips on getting a really lovely finish on your garment including how to sew jersey fabric, how to cut patterned fabric, how to use stretchfix, how to use Maraflex thread, how to sew the button placket and much more!

This video has over 37 minutes of footage, sectioned out with time stamps/chapters for easy reference and navigation.

The link to the video will be contained in your order confirmation email along with the pdf files, please file this safely for future reference.

To complete this project successfully you'll need a regular sewing machine along with Lauren's essential recommended sewing tools.
