The Yantas are laid-back, artist-style overalls with a comfortable fit through the waist, hips, and legs, with a choice of full length or a summery shorts length.
The classic features like the v-shaped back and a pointed chest pocket, along with front and back patch pockets make the Yantas practical, modern and super fun to sew! Secure the straps with traditional button holes and buttons, or opt for a more casual look with longer straps tied in an over sized knot. For a more fitted look over the hips and waist, customise the fit and add in an invisible side zipper for ease of wear.
We have chosen 3 gorgeous shades of 100% Linen fabric for this kit. They are easy to work with, press well and are super comfortable and cool to wear. Choose between Classic Navy, Lagoon Teal or Pacific Blue.
This kit is available in sizes US 0-30; waist 24" - 48" and hips 33" - 58".
Alongside the purchase of this kit you will receive access to a Laurens exclusive YouTube video to be used alongside the pattern instructions.
She shares her hints and tips for getting a lovely finish including stabilising the pockets, inserting and invisible zip, lengthening the straps for an alternative tie method and an alternative way to attach the straps for ease with a bulky fabric. The video has over 40 minutes of footage, sectioned out with time stamps/chapters for easy reference and navigation.
The link to the video will be contained in your order confirmation email along with the pdf files, please please file this safely for future reference.
