Lauren's Thora Top in Burgundy Wild Rowan Viscose Twill Sateen
For this Thora Top, I used our exclusive Wild Rowan Burgundy Viscose Twill Sateen and added the short sleeve from the Thora Sleeve Expansion Pack. It gives a little more coverage than the original cap sleeve while keeping the same relaxed feel, and I love how the rich colours of Wild Rowan work with the simple shape of the top.

Lauren's Notes:
• Fabric choice: This viscose twill sateen is beautifully soft and fluid with a subtle lustre, with has plenty of swish and movement.
• Styling tip: I love the rich burgundy with simple trousers or jeans and boots. It's an easy top to wear now, but one I can layer under a cardigan or jacket.
• Sleeve choice: I chose the short sleeve for a little more coverage than the original cap sleeve. It has a relaxed shape, smooth sleeve head and simple turned back hem.
• Difficulty level: A lovely confident beginner to intermediate project with some really satisfying details to sew. My Top Tips video is there for a little extra guidance too.
The fabric quantity included is suitable for making the Thora Top with long sleeves in sizes 4-20, based on the pattern's recommended fabric requirements.
