Wild Rowan Burgundy is an exclusive G&G viscose twill sateen, combining vibrant pink rowan berries and green foliage with layers of hand-drawn botanical details, fine lines and textural marks against a rich burgundy background. Look closely and you'll discover lots of smaller details within the design, including the tiny five-pointed stars found naturally at the base of rowan berries.

Part of our new Scottish-inspired Autumn/Winter collection, Wild Rowan was developed under the creative direction of G&G founder Lauren Guthrie and takes inspiration from the folklore and symbolism surrounding Scotland's rowan trees.

Printed onto a beautifully soft 100% viscose twill sateen, the fabric has a silky feel and wonderfully fluid, swishy drape. Its subtle sateen finish catches the light as it moves, adding depth to the rich colours and giving it a lovely lustre without being overly shiny.

This lightweight fabric is ideal for blouses, tops and dresses, particularly styles with gathers, fuller sleeves and other details that allow the fabric to move.
