Knits!

We have a great selection of knits just arrived, some with extra texture, some with a little stretch, and all in plenty of colours.

The marl knits feature rich, deep shades mixed with lighter fibres for a lovely marled effect. The stocking stitch effect is so soft and nice to handle, making these fabrics ideal for cardigans.

Ribbed Viscose Knit Blend

These softly muted tones of Ribbed Viscose feature a delicate linear rib knit that adds a subtle texture. The knitted rib construction, combined with a touch of elastane, offers excellent stretch and recovery, making it a comfortable choice for your projects. Perfect for layering or creating snug-fitting garments, this fabric is a lovely balance between style and comfort.

Viscose Blended knit

The brushed surface of these viscose blended knits provides a cosy feel, while the blend offers excellent stretch and recovery for all-day comfort. With its lofty, slightly textured surface, this fabric is perfect for layering or creating snug-fitting garments that you'll love to wear.

Teddy Fleece

The perfect throw-on layer for those chilly days that catch you by surprise, teddy fleece is a must-have for your wardrobe. These soft, warm fabrics come in playful designs, and the knitted construction offers a bit of stretch for maximum comfort.

Fur Backed Fabric

Nothing says winter wardrobe like a fur-backed fabric. We have an eclectic range of designs and colours in these cosy and super comfortable jacket fabrics.

The variated cords come in beautifully rich colours that will slot into any wardrobe. From a perfectly autumnal terracotta to bright petrol blue and neutral tones in navy and cream. Choose from the variated wale or the yummy bubble cord.

Boucle Wool Blend

This textured wool-blend fabric is perfect for your winter projects! The rich colours would make a beautiful cardigan, whether long-line or cropped. We absolutely love how the textures pair with these deep hues—they're simply stunning.

Cotton Blend Jacquards

If you love retro designs and adding texture to your wardrobe, these fabrics are perfect for you! These cotton blend jacquards are ideal for layering pieces like jackets or shackets that don’t require lining. For an extra touch of retro flair, they’d also make fantastic bags.

Fleeceback Sweatshirting

Stay cosy and stylish this sweater season with these ultra-comfortable fleecebacks, adding a hint of sparkle and retro flair to your wardrobe. The teal and pink options feature shimmering Lurex, while the pastel lilac and cream on black retro sphere designs offer a playful twist.

Jacquard Knit

These Orange and Blue Retro Shapes Recycled Cotton Jacquard Knit Fabrics feature a playful geometric design that would add a touch of seventies flair to a cardigan or jumper. The woven jacquard offers great stretch and recovery, with a lovely texture and subtle pattern that feels fantastic to the touch.

Herringbone

These Herringbone Tweed Fabrics showcase a charming herringbone pattern in rich dark red and spruce green. This blended fabric has a great weight for winter, making it perfect for a stylish coat, jacket, or blazer.

Needlecord

These lighter weight needlecord fabrics are so soft to the touch and lovely to work with.

We used needlecord for our Sewing Society Billie Trousers Kit, if you want to line up a pair of cord trousers for a future project the Billie Trouser kit is ideal.

Stretch Cotton Corduroy and Velvet

These trouser-weight fabrics add extra texture with the classic look of cord or velvet, but with the comfort of stretch. Perfect for creating stylish yet flexible trousers or skirts, they offer a great mix of tradition style and comfort.
