- Medium- to heavy-weight knit fabrics with 50% stretch and a strong recovery (approx. 9-12 oz./250-350 gsm). For a sporty fit, the designer used heavy organic jersey. Other athletic knits like recycled polyester-spandex blends or nylon-spandex blends would work too. For softer loungewear, choose a medium weight knit fabric with rayon or bamboo content in addition to spandex/elastane.
