New Year, New Fabric Arrivals

I am super excited to share my first new fabrics round up of 2023! It is always a busy time of year with new fabric arrivals as we move from our warmer wintery fabrics and start to see more spring/summer fabrics come into stock!

From vibrant printed viscose fabrics, to warmer quilted and woollens, summer linens and comfy jerseys, there is lots of lovely choice and inspiration!

Popular Fabrics Back in Stock

The cosy colours range of sweatshirting fabric has been a firm favourite for years, with its soft brushed back, comfort and how well it wears and washes. We now have back in stock the popular new emerald colourway as well as the classic black.

The Chunky knit fabric flew in and out when we had it at the end of last year! This lovely textured fabric is perfect for cardigans and jumpers like the Sew House Seven Toaster Version 2!.

We also now have available by the meter the Mind the Maker Thelma Quilted Fabric - yay!

Cosy Woven Fabrics

From quilted double gauze, perfect for styles like the Megan Nielsen Hovea and the Grainline Tamarak Jacket to a colourful array of tone and textures in the Multi Yarn Knit Effect fabric and cotton jacquard fabric, if you are still sewing for winter these are great choices!

Comfy Stretchy Jerseys

These fun printed French Terry Loopback fabrics offer some lovely colourful designs on this versatile fabric that sits between a regular t-shirt weight jersey and a thicker fleeceback sweatshriting fabric. It makes them perfect for both lighter weight jumpers and top/t-shirt patterns!

Vibrant Viscose Prints

These bright and colourful viscose prints offer lots of choice from larger scale bolder designs to smaller scale ditsy prints. On a mixture of plain weave, twill, crepe and jacquard weaves, they all have lovely drape and swish, perfect for lots of garments from tops and blouses to dresses, jumpsuits and skirts.
