Echino Shoulder Bag Sewing Pattern

Material requirements to make this bag are as follows:
Outer fabric 106cm width x 25cm
Fabric for handle 45cm x 15cm (Alternatively use 40cm of 25mm tape)
Lining 110cm x 25cm
Wadding/batting and/or fusible interfacing 90cm x 50cm
Felt (for joining handle to bag) 10cm x 15cm
