This Liberty Fabrics Mountain Primrose Tana Lawn is a lightweight 100% cotton lawn with a beautifully soft handle, ideal for dresses, blouses, shirts and other dressmaking projects.

Mountain Primrose B is a richly detailed floral featuring an abundance of flowers and foliage in shades of pale pinks, cerise, lilac and burgundy. The blooms vary in size and shape, giving the design a wonderfully natural, gathered-from-the-garden appearance. The deep plum background allows the lighter floral colours to stand out, creating a print with plenty of depth and character. This is a great choice when you want your fabric to be the focal point of a garment.

Liberty Tana Lawn is renowned for its exceptionally soft handle and smooth, lightweight finish. Woven from 100% cotton, it is fine and breathable with a lovely fluid quality that makes it particularly well suited to lightweight clothing. Despite its delicate appearance, Tana Lawn has enough substance for everyday dressmaking and works particularly well for garments with gathers, pleats or softly flowing shapes.
