This gorgeous dress is endlessly customisable to your style and skill level preferences. Featuring three sleeve options (sleeveless, cap or 3/4 length), either partial or full button down plackets as well as customisable length, and inseam pockets, this is a pattern workhorse that spans the seasons.

The fit of the Hinterland Dress is loose, with side bust darts and a gathered skirt with optional waist ties. Don’t feel like buttons? Cut the front bodice on the fold for a placket-free hack. You might consider lengthening the bodice and hacking it into an adorable cropped top, too!

We have chosen three beautiful fabric options for this kit, giving you a light and breezy summer version that you can layer up on chillier days.

Navy Gingham Check - This viscose linen mix fabric has a large scale, classic gingham check in a navy colour. The lighter parts of the check are an off white/ecru colour giving a lovely natural texture along with the slubs in the fabric.

Soft Green Midstripe - This fabric features a narrower white stripe off set against a wider soft green stripe that is nice and fresh and bright. It is 55% linen and 45% cotton making is nice and breathable with the natural slub texture of linen.

Orange Summer Stripe - This fabric is 100% cotton, yet still has that textured effect of linen. The stripes vary in width and are a mix of orange, ecru and a dark chambray blue.
