The Archer Shirt from Grainline Studios is a truly classic shirt with all the essential details. The shirt has slightly dropped shoulders and features a traditional collar with collar stand, sleeve placket and cuffs, back yoke with pleat and optional front pockets. The US size 14-32 pattern also includes bust darts to help get a great fit.
The loose fit of the Archer makes it really versatile. Wear it tucked in with trousers for a smarter look, or open over a t-shirt for something more casual. A great layering piece for all year round!
The two different base cloths options for the kit (available in three colour choices) give a totally different look to the shirt. Opt for the lightweight denim with fun pops of colour in the embroidered dots or go for more texture with our luxuriously soft needlecord. All kits include perfectly colour matched metal buttons from The Textile Garden.

We have chosen three different fabrics for these kits, which are all 100% cotton.
The lightweight embroidered denim is available in two colours: dark denim and light denim. This 4.5oz fabric is embroidered throughout with multicolour dots that add texture and colour to the fabric. It has a lovely soft feel and presses beautifully.
The lightweight needlecord fabric is available in a rich maroon colour. This beautifully soft fabric has fine wales and feels lovely to wear.
The buttons included in the kits have been custom made and are a perfect colour match for each fabric.
