This Folk Tapestry Viscose Satin is a 100% viscose satin fabric with a richly decorative floral tapestry-inspired print, smooth handle and fluid drape, ideal for dresses, blouses, tops and skirts.

Folk Tapestry has a richly decorative character inspired by traditional folk textiles and tapestry-style patterns. The detailed design gives the fabric plenty of visual interest, making it a great choice when you want the print to be a feature of your finished garment.

This Oeko-Tex certified fabric is made from 100% viscose and has a smooth satin construction. At 155gsm, it has enough substance for dresses, skirts and blouses while retaining the fluid drape that makes viscose so popular for dressmaking. The satin surface has a subtle sheen that catches the light as the fabric moves, making it particularly effective for garments with flowing shapes or softly gathered details.

Care Instructions

Wash at 30 degrees. Iron on a low heat. Do not tumble dry.
