Secret Garden Viscose Poplin Fabric

Secret Garden has a pretty, botanical character inspired by the abundance of a hidden garden. The floral and foliage design creates an intricate patterned surface, giving the fabric plenty of colour and detail without losing its wearable feel. It is a lovely choice for bringing a little extra personality to everyday dressmaking, particularly when used for dresses, blouses and tops where the pattern can be seen across the full garment.

This Oeko-Tex certified viscose poplin is made from 100% viscose and weighs 110gsm. Its lightweight construction gives it a soft, fluid quality, while the poplin weave provides a little more structure than a very fluid viscose. The combination makes it a useful fabric for a wide range of dressmaking projects, particularly garments that need some movement while retaining a neat silhouette.
