Fabric

We recommend light weight woven fabrics that balance structure and movement. Softer fabrics will create a more fluid, relaxed silhouette, while slightly crisper fabrics will hold the shape of the skirt and waist detail more clearly. Suitable fabrics include cotton lawn/poplin, linen, tencel and silk dupion/taffeta. Please note that the high collar and volume of fabric throughout the dress is much more comfortable to wear when made in softer, lighter fabrics.
