Liberty London Organic Tana Lawn Fabric Collection

This iconic new Organic Tana Lawn Fabric collection from Liberty is the perfect mix of colours with all the details and touches you know and love. Featuring landmarks from around London and designs inspired by the famous colourful Tube map, this ode to London is a great way to add something special to your handmade wardrobe whether is a whole garment or accenting it, such as cuffs, collars or pockets. Check out my What to Sew with Liberty Tana Lawn blog post linked below for lots of ideas!

Summer Blue Hues

This crisp and fresh collection of cottons coordinates really nicely together and with a mix of fabric weights you could make a matching Spring quilted jacket with a simple top and look tres chic!

Fibremood Fabrics

Featured in the latest issue of the popular Fibremood magazine, these modern and statement prints would be perfect for more structured tops and blouses.

Classic Plains

We do love a colourful print here at g&g but sometimes a classic plain is needed so you have something to pair with all the colour! With a mix of base cloths from vintage textured cotton (similar to our ramie fabric but lighter weight) to stretch needles cords, ideal for fitted trousers to light weight double gauzes, these fabrics will help you build a handmade wardrobe with lots of easy to mix and match garments!

Fur and Fleece

If you are still feeling the cold and need a cosier layer to keep you going until the weather does actually get a bit warmer (here in the UK) these two fun fabric are sure to do that! Make a statement coat with the animal pop fur - I've just made my daughter a coat from this and it looks AMAZING or opt for ultimate cosiness with a Friday Pattern Company pogonip in the Ecru Animal Boucle fabric.

Yoga Active wear Fabrics

Add a handmade element to another area of your wardrobe with these new yoga active wear fabrics. With a higher percentage of elastane they are super stretchy and a nice thickness for bending and stretching as you workout!

Stretchy Fabrics

Add a fun touch with these vintage car French Terry prints and can there ever be enough stripes in your wardrobe!? Exactly! These ribbed ones are super stretchy so great for more fitted and looser styles of tops.

Fabric Godmother Collection

The stunning new designs from Fabric Godmother are a lovely mix of base clothes including viscose crepe, plain weave viscose and viscose linen as well as a mix of scale. Some have a really large scale, perfect for statement dresses or how about a maxi skirt?

Cotton Voiles and Linen Mixes

These nice lightweight and crisp cotton voiles, I think, would pair perfectly with a blouse or dress that has gathered details in the design.

Woven Viscose Prints

This selection of viscose fabrics offers something a bit different from the typical floral focus. The fabrics with stretch are still classes as woven, this just have a touch of elastane woven into them, making garments made from these fabrics have a bit more give and comfort ease.
