Here are all the things you need to know if you are purchasing or redeeming a voucher for our shop
Our gift vouchers can be purchased using all major credit and debit cards over the phone or in-person in our Moseley store. The staff are available to take calls Monday - Saturday 9am-5.30pm and we are open for in-store purchases Wednesday - Friday 11am - 4pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.

Unfortunately gift vouchers cannot be purchased online on our website.
You can choose any amount you like as our vouchers are customisable. Customers typically choose in denominations of £5 but it really can be any amount you wish.
Yes we can post it out for you to the recipient of the voucher. We charge £1.50 postage for this. We post first class using the Royal Mail service. Once the payment for the voucher is taken it will be posted out to the recipient either the same or next working day. Please note that our shipping days are Monday to Friday. The first class post service we use is not a guaranteed next day service, it can typically take 1-2 business days to be delivered depending on Royal Mails service operations at that time. As the operate frequent strikes, delivery times can vary so we suggest purchasing ahead of time.
Our vouchers can either be redeemed by shopping in-person in store or by placing an order over the phone. They cannot be redeemed against online purchases. If the receiver of a voucher lives too far away to visit the store in person, we suggest that they browse the website to choose their products and then give us a call to place the order.
If you live internationally and would like to redeem a gift voucher you can either call us as UK residents do, or you can place the order online and pay for it in full, quoting your gift card code in the comments box at the checkout. Once we have received the order we can then manually alter the payment method and refund the gift voucher amount back to you. Please note that as this is a manual process it may take 1-2 business days to process and then for the money to show back up in your account.
No, the voucher we offer are only redeemable against purchases made in our retail shop and are not transferable to workshop bookings.
Vouchers are non-refundable and are strictly valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We cannot extend this time period as it is fixed in our system.
No change can be given for a voucher so make sure you enjoy it all in one purchase! If you are purchasing a voucher for a large amount, we suggest you break it down into smaller denominations to make it easier to spend over multiple transactions.
We keep a secure record of all vouchers that have been purchased and in the event of a voucher getting lost in the post, we can re-issue the voucher with the same code without the need for any further payment or details to be taken.
