Navy Stretch Cotton Velvet Fabric

This Navy Stretch Cotton Velvet Fabric comes in a lovely soft shade of navy blue. This cotton stretch velvet has a short pile, which gives the fabric a fairly matt appearance for a velvet, with just a subtle sheen. It is really soft and the added elastane means that the fabric has a decent amount of stretch and recovery.

Fabric certified OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
