It's that time of year again for a fresh new window display in our gorgeous big bay window in the shop! Jo has been busy again pulling everything together into a lovely new display featuring a flock of origami birds and sophisticated navy blue colour palette.
Check out my latest Youtube video for a full tour and read on for links to the patterns and fabrics featured in the outfits.
The Fabrics
Inspiring this window display was our collection of new Sevenberry Japanese cotton fabrics on a lovely dark indigo cotton base cloth with geometric and graphic patterns and designs.
The Garments
We paired it with a classic True Bias Rio Ringer t-shirt made using out optic while cotton jersey and some contrast binding for the neckline and sleeve hems. The trousers are the True Bias Emersons made in the Indigo colour-way of our Ramie range of fabrics.
The Details
Jo always does such a wonderful job of pulling together all the details of our window display. This time the flock of delicate origami paper birds fills the big space of our bay window so effectively.
Our oversized haberdashery props fit in really well to and hopefully remind passers by the the shop is all about having fun making your own clothes!
