Complete Beginners Sewing Taster

Are you interested in learning to sew but not sure if it's for you? Or would you like to give sewing a try without purchasing a machine? During two evening sessions you will learn the basics of setting up and using a sewing machine and you will sew up a gorgeous cushion cover!

During the first session you will learn about the different parts of a sewing machine, along with how to thread it up, create a bobbin, select stitches and create a buttonhole.

During the second session you will have the opportunity to select your fabric from our Clarke and Clarke upholstery range in store and sew up a simple cushion cover with envelope closure.
